Court Delta Estates is a version of Court Delta built for North Carolina attorneys who handle estates, probate and guardianships. It is opening as a private beta, and you can request an invite now.

Estate and guardianship work does not move like most court cases. Files stay open for months or years, filings come in waves, and the clerk’s office is often where the real answers live. That is why we are building something made for it.

What Is Court Delta Estates?

Court Delta Estates is a focused version of Court Delta for North Carolina estate and guardianship attorneys.

Court Delta started as a way to find court dates and public court information across the state. Estate administration and guardianship matters look different from a traffic ticket or a criminal docket, so instead of adding more and more to one product, we are building a dedicated one for this practice area.

It runs on the same foundation as Court Delta: publicly available North Carolina court records, organized so they are easier to search and keep up with.

Who Is It For?

Court Delta Estates is for attorneys in North Carolina who work on:

  • Estate administration and probate
  • Guardianship matters
  • Related filings and hearings in the counties where they practice

Attorneys are often watching several files at once across different counties, waiting on a hearing date or a filing that may or may not show up this week. A tool built for that kind of work should not be buried inside a tool built for everything else.

Why Build a Separate Product?

We would rather make one thing that fits well than one thing that fits everyone a little bit.

A dedicated product lets us focus on how estate and guardianship attorneys actually work, instead of squeezing their needs into a general court-date lookup. It also keeps the experience simpler. If you do not handle estates, you do not have to see estate tools, and if you do, they are front and center.
