Yes. Anyone can sign up and track a North Carolina court case completely free. You will receive email alerts whenever your case status, hearing dates, or court activity changes. Attorneys who need to monitor multiple cases under one account can access the paid Attorney Portal, with plans designed for legal professionals and law firms.
Court Delta currently covers North Carolina courts statewide. We are actively working to expand coverage to additional states. If your state is not yet supported, check back soon or contact us to express interest.
Go to app.courtdelta.com and enter your full name, email address, and North Carolina case number in the Court Case Notifier form. Your case number should follow the NC format, such as 26CV001234-012. Adding a phone number is optional and enables SMS text alerts in addition to email. Check the terms box and click Start Monitoring. You will begin receiving alerts immediately.
The Check Court Date tab lets you look up the next scheduled hearing date for any NC case number without creating a subscription or providing your contact information. It is a fast, no-commitment way to confirm court dates on demand.
